1. Production & Craftsmanship
Each print is a bespoke piece of art, custom-made to your order. We do not hold stock to ensure that every print reaches you in pristine condition, using the highest industry standards.
- Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your artwork to be printed on professional Hahnemühle Photo Rag (308 gsm) and quality-checked before shipping.
2. Shipping Destinations & Times
We ship worldwide through a global network of professional laboratories. To ensure the fastest delivery and a lower carbon footprint, your order is printed at the facility closest to your delivery address.
- UK, USA & Australia: 3–5 business days after production.
- European Union: 5–10 business days after production.
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the package is dispatched.
3. Packaging
To ensure your Fine Art print arrives in perfect condition, we use specialized, plastic-free packaging:
- Small prints: UK orders sized 200mm and EU, US, or AU orders sized A4 and under are shipped in reinforced flat envelopes.
- Large prints: All other sizes are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty protective cardboard tubes.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Right of Withdrawal)
Policy & Legal Exception: Because all prints are custom-produced specifically for you (made-to-order), they fall under the legal exception provided by Article 17(c) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (Portugal) and Article 16(c) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU. These regulations state that the right of withdrawal (the 14-day “change of mind” return period) does not apply to “the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”
Change of Mind: Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please measure your space carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items: Your satisfaction is paramount. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging.
5. What to do if your order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps so we can resolve it immediately:
- Photograph the outside of the package before opening it.
- Photograph the damage to the print itself.
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number. We will prioritize a reprint for you.
6. Customs & Duties
We aim to fulfill orders as locally as possible through our global laboratory network.
- EU, UK, USA, and Australia: Orders are typically shipped from within these regions, so no customs duties will apply.
- Other Destinations: For orders shipped to countries outside these hubs, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
